You're a leader; you will be expected to drive sales and experience by coaching, training, motivating and assisting staff in reaching and exceeding goals.

You will assist in executing and meeting operational objectives. You're organized; able to report and analyze sales, perform weekly cash management, and effectively schedule your team. You will have tireless energy, a creative mind, and the ability to think outside the box.

Customer Service & Sales Generation

  • Achieve consistent customer service results and train FOH team that can deliver on the same expectations.
  • Monitor performance results of the space; sending weekly performance reports to direct report in terms of sales and staff performance.
  • Ensure proper training for team on all CAB core and new product knowledge to offer selection guidance to customers.

Operations & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage employee schedules in order to meet business needs.
  • Ensure space meets labor targets by effectively managing staffing to adapt to fluctuations in business needs.
  • Adhere to opening and closing procedures.
  • Perform weekly Inventory Audits on Beverages, Merch, and Supplies; recommend or take action based on audits.
  • Proactively plan for vacation coverage and holidays to ensure no business disruption.
  • Maintain safety in the workplace; prevent accidents and report all incidents of unsafe conditions and/or practices in a timely manner.
  • Manage point of sale devices and processes, including backend management.
  • Ensure all visual and housekeeping standards are kept to the highest quality and consistently; eg cleanliness.
  • You are comfortable behind the bar and able to access and solve technical draught issues.

Personnel Management

  • Develop, train and discipline team to ensure standards are met and company growth is supported.

What you will be doing and how your time will be organized (approximately):

  • 75% Leading the team through service.
  • 25% Scheduling, cash management, inventory management, POS management
