We are currently looking for an energetic, motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our team based at SureHire's Power Center mainly located in Edmonton, Alberta.

This position will be full-time and considered a floating role.
You will be required to travel to areas around Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Columbia.
Hours of work will be between office hours of 7:00am - 6:00 pm Monday to Friday.

As the Drug & Alcohol Collections Administrator you will perform a variety of testing duties, involving

Client Intake:
Welcome and check-in participants as they arrive for their occupational testing appointment. Complete the participant intake process including verification of ID, creating a participant file, printing and completing paperwork, etc. Assist or oversee the completion of bi-weekly inventory ensuring counts are accurate and submitted in a timely manner. Ensure all specimen pick-ups are organized, tracked and collected on a daily basis. Conduct research on assigned projects and completing any other administrative tasks as assigned by Power Centre Team Lead. Receive and conduct phone calls with donors

Conduct a Variety of Occupational Testing Services:

  • Breath Alcohol
  • Urine Alcohol
  • Urine Drug Testing
  • Oral Fluid Drug Testing
  • Hair Drug Testing
  • Premedical Testing
  • Vision Testing
  • Additional duties & tasks when assigned

Education

  • High school diploma.
Experience
