The Role:

The position is full-time Account Associate that combines sales and customer services.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients
  • Schedule meetings
  • Determine client needs
  • Book appointments for clients
  • Complete call backs as required
  • Follow all call quality guidelines as directed by management
  • Adhere to all appointment booking guidelines

What You Bring To The Team:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • One year + of work experience in a fastpaced office setting
  • Experience with cold calling
  • Strong interpersonal, customer relations and problemsolving skills and the proven ability to
  • Effectively organize tasks and manage time
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Chrome,
  • Strong scheduling and appointmentsetting skills
  • 1+ years inside sales experience/call center environment

Experience:

  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Excellent communication and listening skills

  • Commission and bonuses for ontarget earnings
