What you will do:

The
Accounting Clerk will be responsible to provide accounting support to our financial team. Responsible for supporting the accounts payable team. This is a high volume fast paced team working with multiple entities.

Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle accounts payable
  • Data entry and data validation of purchase orders, receipts etc.
  • Prepare reports, assist in any auditing activities
  • Maintain accounting records and timelines
  • Ensure accounting policies and best practices are followed

To be successful in this position you will need:

  • College degree in accounting, business administration, or equivalent
  • Minimum of
    2 (two) years accounting experience
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite,
  • Bilingualism (French and English)
  • Experience with accounting software (Sage, Acomba etc.)
