Preparing legal documents (Affidavit of Documents, Trial Records, Notice of Examinations, Discovery Plans, Affidavit of Service, Motion Confirmation etc.)

  • Assist with dockets and client billing, maintain accounting;
  • Transcribes legal documents;
  • Maintain office files/records in accordance with procedures; 35+ years Plaintiff Legal Assistant experience;
  • Legal Assistant or Law Clerk Diploma from a recognized institution;
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and sources of legal procedures and statutes
  • Experience with Word, Outlook, PC Law and Filevine;
