- Support stress in-service repair activities.
- Perform various stress analyses on repairs: Static strength Fatigue/Durability, damage Tolerance, and Finite element Model (FEM) on multi-platform aircraft programs (Challenger and Global).
- Prepare stress reports, static strength as well as damage tolerance analysis for compliance.
- Carry out stress calculations to assess design solutions and repair trade studies.
- Review repair engineering drawings and actively participate in the development of in-Service solutions.
- Provide clear visibility to management of the status and/or emerging issues in supported repair activities.
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering.
- Have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the aerospace industry.
- Experience in Aircraft Structural substantiation analysis: Static, Fatigue/Durability, and structural Damage Tolerance Analysis.
- Experience using Patran/Nastran, Nasgro, CATIA V5.
- Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Confidence, knowledge, energy, excellent communication, and listening skills for a team environment.
- Initiative, a strong sense of responsibility, and good engineering judgment.
