Our software engineers are at the forefront of innovation, creating solutions that enable our customers to design and create the electronic systems that the modern digital world relies on.

We are looking for a talented Software Developer to join our AI technical team at our Saskatoon research & development site.

As part of this team you will play a key role in developing foundational AI technologies that will impact the entire Siemens EDA product portfolio.

You will develop and implement AI algorithms, models, and infrastructure for electronic design automation applications.

You will be involved at all stages of product lifecycle from ideation through to production deployment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into Siemens EDA products.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++.
Experience working with machine learning toolkits such as scikit-learn or PyTorch.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Must be available to work from our Saskatoon facility.

Nice to have (but we will train the right person):
Experience working with EDA tools and workflows.
Familiarity with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.

This position will be subject to U.S. export control requirements under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Employment is contingent on either verifying the U.S. Person status or obtaining any necessary export license.
