Job Summary:

  • Consultant with minimum 8+ years of good experience in SAP APO and knowledge of Retail Industry.
  • Good Knowledge on SNC, CTM, SNP & DP functionalities are must.
  • Should know how data flows to SNC from APO.
  • Good knowledge on idoc(I/O) and EDI process to send data from APO to SNC.
  • Good knowledge on CTM, Configurations, Benefits & Business Purpose of CTM.
  • Should have experience in SAP APO consulting with a mix of implementation projects & support experience in an Onsite-Offshore model.
  • SAP APO skills should cover customizing, system architecture and integration with other modules, and basics of technical (ABAP) knowledge.
  • Should have a knowledge of Interfaces, IDOCs, and Batch Jobs Monitoring.
  • Demonstrate strong ability to understand challenges in business scenarios.
  • Should be Client facing.
  • Possess good communication skills both written and verbal to be able to communicate to global user community.
  • Must have abilities to manage working with global teams collaborating effectively and producing results and deliverables.

Skill Requirements:

  • Good Knowledge on SNC, CTM, SNP & DP functionalities are must.
  • Should know how data flows to SNC from APO.
  • Good knowledge on idoc(I/O) and EDI process to send data from APO to SNC.
  • Good knowledge on CTM, Configurations, Benefits & Business Purpose of CTM.

  • Must have abilities to manage working with global teams collaborating effectively and producing results and deliverables.
  • Understanding of Support project requirements.
  • Clearly aware of SLAs and it's impact.
  • Meet the deliverables as per project KPIs.
  • Drive the calls and manages onsite Client/Business users efficiently.
