Responsibilities:
- Product:
- Contribute to product roadmap development and market strategy
- Enhance existing AI tools and products, validate key markets, and prioritize R&D investments
- Management:
- Lead team towards achieving goals
- Mentor and develop team members
- Establish and nurture client relationships and strategic partnerships
- Administration:
- Communicate company strategy to the board
Key Performance Indicators:
- Number of clients on monthly contracts
- Actual MRR rate
- Development of AI algorithms for various crops

- Expansion of distribution network
- Engagement with academia/industry R&D experts
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for the CEO role should have:
