Job Title:
Senior Manager,

Data Operations Key Responsibilities:
Manage, motivate, and support the data operations delivery team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment.
Responsible for the successful operation of the team and resolve any issues/concerns from stakeholders.

Responsible for overseeing technical solutions provided by Capgemini delivery team, should be capable of managing technical issues/triage based on the severity/criticality of the issue.

Accountable for SLA reporting, tracking and service quality plan, Management reporting, escalation and risk management.
Responsible for managing engagement metrics and financials of the data operations of the project.

Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.

Partner with client operations team to improve ways of functioning.

Required Skills:
10+ years of IT experience in Data and Analytics projects with minimum 3+ years of managing operations/managed Services teams.

Strong technical expertise in Azure cloud resources - Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, Power BI, Excellent SQL skills and understanding of data warehouse tables/views.

Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and client service.
