Job Summary


The FranConnect (internally referred to as PETConnect) Administrator will need to assist users within FranConnect by handling escalated customer service issues, managing user permissions, creating, and managing reports, and maintaining the customer database.

The Administrator must be able to work with users in a professional and courteous manner, while also being able to handle difficult customer service issues.

The Administrator must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have excellent organizational skills.

Essential Details and Responsibilities

  • Ensuring resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Support ACES and Head Office users.
  • Assist with setting up users and password reset.
  • Quarterly and yearly auditing.
  • Assist users with submitting and maintaining documentation.
  • Support the database management and components within PETConnect.
  • Ability (Learn on their own)
  • Contribute to event budgets to ensure revenue and expenses are kept within established boundaries. Ensure timely reconciliation of all event invoices.
  • Work closely with the FranConnect system provider for timely resolutions, optimized configurations, and accurate testing
  • Actively identify ways in which the tool can drive efficiencies, and reduce nonvalueadded work
  • Help promote best practices in PETConnect usage.
  • Help implement and rollout addons and integrations.
Experience, Education, Certifications

  • Worked/working for Pet Valu.
  • Administration for FranConnect platform preferred.
  • Professional maturity and the ability to keep calm and pleasant in stressful situations.
  • Confidently manages complex assignments with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • Administrative experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of

Microsoft Office:
Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
