HR Services Associate - Benefits

Job Summary

Overview:

The HR Services Associate - Benefits will oversee and administer Benefits Process and will be responsible for supporting employees with their benefits queries, working with our partners and insurers, and administering various benefits plans.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the execution of all HR services and processing queries up to Tier 2 processes, such as Payroll, Benefits, and leaves.
  • Oversee the daytoday administration of employee benefit programs, including health insurance, life insurance and other allowances.
  • Understand end to end processes deeply and can easily assist in all steps of a multiple step process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and brokers to ensure the smooth operation of benefits program.
  • Support employees with their Tier 2 questions and requests through our Case Management System.
  • Create and improve the internal knowledge about benefits processes.
  • Create, improve, and keep update the HR articles and guides on benefitrelated matters.
  • Ensure employees are enrolled in their benefits.
  • Work closely with benefits vendors and brokers to resolve issues and optimize service delivery.
  • Benefits invoices management.
  • Understands and executes on SLA (Service Level Agreement) and KPI's.
  • Provide excellent customer service, high quality resolution and consistent support of standard processes by following documented work instructions and ways of working guidelines.
  • Understands and follows compliance requirements for SOX, Employee Data Governance, and other policy requirements.
  • Ensures data accuracy and integrity with all communications and stakeholder support.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED Required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of related experience or equivalent experience preferred
  • Fluent English.
  • Experience in benefits administration in US and/or Canada

The United States targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are: - San Francisco, CA /

Bay Area:
$69,000 to $107,000 per year - California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $63,000 to $98,000 per year - Colorado, Nevada,

Rhode Island:
$57,000 to $89,000 per year Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
