En tant que stagiaire en communication et marketing, vous jouerez un rôle crucial en aidant l'équipe dans diverses tâches liées au marketing et aux communications. Ce poste est conçu pour fournir une expérience pratique et vous aider à développer vos compétences en marketing et en gestion de projet.

Ce poste fait partie de l'équipe de l'Accélérateur mondial d'IA (GAIA) d'Ericsson à Montréal. Il s'agit d'une équipe de scientifiques des données et d'experts en ingénieurs de données travaillant sur les défis liés à l'intelligence artificielle (IA) et à la 5G. Il est important de noter que ce poste non technique vous donnera une exposition unique pour apprendre et explorer le domaine de l'IA et de l'apprentissage automatique (ML).

**Ce que vous ferez**
- Création de bulletins d'information : Aider à l'élaboration de bulletins d'information attrayants et informatifs pour les clients et les intervenants internes. Collaborez avec l'équipe de contenu pour rassembler du contenu, concevoir des modèles et planifier la distribution de la newsletter.
- Organisation de l'événement : Aider à la planification, à l'organisation et à la promotion d'événements virtuels et en personne, y compris des webinaires, des conférences et des ateliers. Coordonner la logistique, telle que la sélection du lieu, la restauration, le matériel et les conférenciers.
- Gestion SharePoint : Gérez et mettez à jour les sites SharePoint avec le contenu et les ressources pertinents. Assurez-vous que l'accès SharePoint est organisé et que les autorisations sont gérées efficacement.
- Support de contenu : collaborez avec l'équipe de contenu pour créer et modifier des documents marketing, tels que des articles de blog, du contenu de médias sociaux et des ressources visuelles.
- Analyses et rapports : Surveiller le rendement des initiatives de marketing, y compris les bulletins d'information et les événements, et en rendre compte.

**Vous apporterez**
- Actuellement inscrit à un programme universitaire pertinent de marketing, de communications ou d'affaires.
- Solides compétences en communication, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, en particulier PowerPoint et Excel.
- Familiarité avec SharePoint ou volonté d'apprendre.
- Excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion de projet.

**About this opportunity**

As a Communication and Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting the team in various tasks related to marketing and communications. This position is designed to provide hands-on experience and help you develop your marketing and project management skills.

This position is part of Ericsson's Global AI Accelerator (GAIA) team in Montreal. That is a team of data scientists and data engineers' experts working on Artificial Intelligence (AI) & 5G related challenges. It's important to note that this non-technical position will give you a unique exposure to learn and explore the field of AI & Machine Learning (ML).

**What you will do**
- Newsletter Creation: Assist in the development of engaging and informative newsletters for clients and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with the content team to gather content, design templates, and schedule newsletter distribution.
- Event Organization: Assist in planning, organizing, and promoting both virtual and in-person events, including webinars, conferences, and workshops. Coordinate logistics, such as venue selection, catering, materials, and speakers.
- SharePoint Management: Maintain and update SharePoint sites with relevant content and resources. Ensure SharePoint access is organized, and permissions are managed effectively.
- Content Support: Collaborate with the content team to create and edit marketing materials, such as blog posts, social media content, and visual assets.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, including newsletters and events.

**You will bring**
- Currently enrolled in a relevant marketing, communications, or business University program.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with SharePoint or a willingness to learn.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
