En rejoignant nos professionnels, vous travaillerez sur l'une des transformations majeures dans le domaine de l'assurance Vous participerez à la refonte de la DSI de notre client vers Guidewire, un progiciel leader du marché des assurances aux Etats-Unis et à forte croissance en Europe.

En tant que Release Manager, vous travaillerez au sein d'une équipe composée d'une dizaine de collaborateurs DevOps et d'un second Release Manager.

Au quotidien, vous serez garant que les livrables mis en production fonctionnent, de même que des interactions techniques avec les autres systèmes. En véritable "facilitateur', vous ferez le lien entre le développement et les opérations.

Méthodologie :

Conception de la méthodologie de Release Management :

  • Définition du plan des Releases en collaboration avec les responsables de domaine, les Chefs de Projet des différents projets en cours et les représentants du métier,
  • Accompagner et challenger les équipes métier, fonctionnel et technique pour s'assurer du bon fonctionnement des processus autour des Releases,
  • Coordonner avec les acteurs des activités sous-jacentes au Release Management : gestion des évolutions, gestion des tests, Accès et Autorisations...
  • Piloter les activités techniques : préparation des systèmes, copies de système, transports, vérifications post mise en production,
  • Coordonner la communication avec les partenaires externes. (Environnement Cloud, Incident,...)
  • Maintenir la documentation à jour en lien avec les différentes livraisons. (Release Notes, rapports,...)
  • Harmonisation des démarches sur l'ensemble de nos environnements.

Dans ce contexte, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Être garant(e) du Release Plan officiel, des dates, du contenu et du suivi des MEP (UAR, CAB, COP),
  • Décider du contenu final d'une release en fonction de l'avancement et qualité des devs et proposer le cas échéant des ajustements,
  • Tenir une cartographie des environnements à instant T en permanence à jour ainsi qu'un plan d'allocation des environnements sur les mois à venir,
  • Définir la stratégie d'environnements pour assurer que les besoins du Delivery (parallélisations des développements, des recettes projets, des phases de contribution) soient adressés et rationalisés.

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes à l'aise dans des environnements de développement logiciel (équipes techniques IT / DevOps),
  • Vous maitrisez les outils de la suite Office, Google. êtes familier avec la gestion de projet (Gantt, AGILE, Cycle V, JIRA, etc),
  • Connaissance de l'outil de gestion CI/CD comme GITLAB, Bitbucket, TeamCity, Jenkins,
  • A l'aise pour organiser/animer des réunions efficaces et fournir des compte-rendu de manière synthétique. Vous avez un leadership, une bonne capacité d'adaptation et un esprit d'équipe,
  • Vous avez le sens du service et du résultat. Vous aimez relever des challenges et savez trouver des compromis pour faire avancer les dossiers,
  • Plus que tout, vous avez une excellente capacité à évaluer la durée des tâches en intégrant notamment toutes les actions nécessaires à leur réalisation,
  • Vous habitez de préférence dans le quart Nord-Ouest de la France en prenant en compte Bordeaux et la région Parisienne.
