Mission
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst for our IT Infrastructure team.

Working closely with the IT team, you will have the opportunity to implement cybersecurity projects and manage the operational aspects.

You will be involved in a variety of projects aimed at developing cybersecurity at CIMA+. By joining the team, you will have the opportunity to evolve in a professional and stimulating context.

In addition, you will have access to our flexible hybrid work model allowing you to work in person at the office, telework, or combine these two options.


Primary responsibilities

  • Analyze and manage security incidents on our various platforms
  • Analyze system vulnerabilities and plan remediation measures
  • Organize awareness campaigns and training on IT security for employees
  • Participate in the development of policies and guidelines (ISO 27001, CIS)
  • Develop, coordinate and lead projects to enhance and upgrade our security practices
  • Participate in internal audits and compliance testing
  • Document and implement internal processes

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or certificate in cybersecurity or any training deemed equivalent
  • More than five years of experience in IT
  • Experience in vulnerability, incident and project management relating to cybersecurity
  • Experience with security incident log collection platforms (SIEM)
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken. Fluency in both French and English is essential in this role for seamless interactions with our various stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and to complete our diverse projects nationwide
