Job Summary:

The Marketing coordinator will play a pivotal role in leveraging social media channels and online promotions to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and promote the events and promotions at Rama Gaming House.


Status:
Full time - Hourly rate starting at $25/hour

The team member will be responsible for performing the following activities:

  • Execute on our activities across various mediums such as social media and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Develop a strategy to help establish our brand, manage multiple projects and set shortterm and longterm department goals.
  • Ongoing creation of content for social media channels and advertising.
  • Collaborate on strategies with the Marketing team
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
  • Work with inhouse design team on content for the appropriate for the various marketing channels.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
  • Attend and support all live promotions on site at each location
  • Must be mobile and able to move between our Mississauga and Scarborough locations as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a social media coordinator or similar role. (Include examples of your work)
  • Strong understanding of engagement and techniques to improve algorithmic reach on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok
  • Work experience in customer service Experience in hosting and promoting live events in the hospitality sector.
  • Experience running successful marketing campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google AdWords.
  • Experience with CRM software
  • BSc or MSc in Marketing or relevant field
  • Strong computer skills to include effective working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Selfmotivated and able to maintain strict deadlines for closing processes and project timelines.
  • Knowledge, skills, and ability to work with AV systems, reward systems, gaming devices, safety equipment, etc.
  • Strong leadership skills and customer service orientation required.
  • Must be able to work effectively with peers, staff members, and regulatory agency personnel.
  • Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • As a key team member, you will be required to learn all channels of the business las vegas style cabinet games, bingo, ebingo games, food and beverage;
  • You will be required to occasionally take shifts in each area as required and must be able to accommodate shifts in the day, night, on weekends and holidays as required.
