Main tasks:

Basin:

Help the cheesemaker in the different stages relating to cheese making

Flip the blocks of cheddar cheese

Pass through the mill, salt and put into molds

Carry out the necessary quality checks and complete the required documents

Clean work areas and equipment used

Respect hygiene and safety rules (HACCP)

Sanitation:

Prepare products for manual cleaning of equipment, materials and structures

Clean all surfaces following company sanitation methods

Ensure that all surfaces are clean for the start of production activities

Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety rules (HACCP)

Special working conditions:

For food quality and food safety reasons, working environments may be humid, hot or cold

Be available to work overtime

Possibility of being assigned to another position on the same shift

The presence of equipment makes the working environment relatively noisy

Personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and boots as well as hearing plugs are mandatory in production

Wearing equipment such as hair and beard nets, uniforms and frequent hand washing are mandatory measures in the factory

Training and skills required:

DES or equivalent

(3) to (6) months of experience

Manual dexterity, physical endurance, precision and speed

Ease of learning and enjoying teamwork

Profile sought:

Good stress management in emergency situations and problem solving

Demonstrate autonomy and initiative
