Duties:
The duties are:
blood samples, laboratory analyses, statistical analyses, interpretation of scientific results and writing of scientific manuscripts.
Work environment:
Sherbrooke Research and Development Centre; Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada.

Education:
Currently enrolled or will be enrolled by the date of appointment in a doctoral program at a recognized post-secondary institution with a specialization in animal science.
Experience:
Experience* with blood samples.
Experience* with laboratory analysis.
Experience* with statistical analyses.
Experience* in interpreting scientific results.
Experience* in writing scientific manuscripts.
- In the context of student recruitment in the Federal Public Service, the experience can be acquired through studies, work experience, or volunteer activities.

Knowledge of pork production.
Knowledge of circular economy.
Knowledge of nutrition and zinc metabolism in pigs.
