We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our Salesforce Service team. Collaborate with product owners, software engineers, and operations engineers to deliver new business value through software
Extend our Salesforce products to our Business Partners using various technologies and integration patterns.
Deliver an exceptional user experience to our customers, through the delivery of products and services with strong and extendable architectural design
You will work with our business and technical teams to create support experiences that delight our customers and make our contact centres more efficient.
You think big, with curiosity to discover ways to use your agile approach and enable business outcomes.
Salesforce Service Cloud and Lightning Experience with focus on development across all aspects of the platform
Experience with languages such as Apex, JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS and/or similar technologies would be an asset
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities that enable you to handle through creative abrasion
Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to optimally articulate and communicate technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes across all levels in the organization
