Robert Half is currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst for our Calgary Client. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing comprehensive business solutions to meet the organization's needs. Working closely with stakeholders, you will communicate requirements and specifications to ensure project success. Your expertise in business analysis methods and techniques will be key to excelling in this position. Located in Calgary, Alberta, this is a contract/temporary opportunity.

Job Requirements:

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of building relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with tools like Visio, Miro, and other related software.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • In-depth knowledge of requirement elicitation and business process documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively.
  • Strong analytical and leadership abilities in delivering IT-based business solutions, including training staff and users on applications.
  • Demonstrated success in project management, coordinating with onshore and offshore teams.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in building relationships and facilitating discussions.
  • Degree in Business Analysis, Business Management, or a related field.
