Automotive Parts Specialist

NAPA is looking for passionate individuals to join our in-store team as parts specialists. If you live and breathe car parts and thrive on providing top-notch customer service, this role is for you As the face of our stores, you will help customers find the right parts, offer expert advice, and ensure they receive the best service possible.
In this role, you will:- Advise customers in person and over the phone on our wide range of parts and accessories
- Place orders and follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Share your expertise on replacement parts and accessories to help customers make informed decisions
- Build strong relationships with customers by offering exceptional after-sales support
- Previous experience in automotive parts
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Effective priority management and active listening abilities
- Interest in staying updated on the latest technologies and a willingness to undergo continuous training
- Customer-focused mindset and a collaborative spirit
- Capability to handle objects weighing up to 18 kg (40 lb.)
- High school diploma and/or relevant training in automotive sales
