Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Moore Flooring + Design.

Moore Flooring + Design is a family owned and operated business that has been in business since 1989. Specializing in supplying and installing hardwood, carpet, ceramic tile, luxury vinyl tile and sheet vinyl. Key Responsibilities
-
Order Management: Efficiently pick up orders from suppliers.

Warehouse Shipping:The Warehouse Coordinator efficiently processes orders by cutting and staging goods based on picking tickets, dispatching work orders to installers, and returning Pick Tickets to Inventory Control.

Product Receiving: Receive products from suppliers, ensuring accurate counts in alignment with the Bill of Lading and client orders and enter received orders into RFMS, print roll or item tags, and update locations.

Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Paperwork Handling: Manage paperwork for the order desk and accounting to facilitate job closures.

Order Logistics:Arrange for pickup and return of orders when necessary and deliver orders to clients and builder sites as required.

Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service and communication skills.

Forklift Operation:Safely operate a forklift to handle warehouse materials.

Requirements:

  • Valid G license with a clean driving history.
  • 3 years of warehouse and logistics experience.
  • Licensed forklift operator.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy materials.
  • Attention to detail and strong problemsolving skills.
  • Adherence to safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:
$22.00-$27.00 per hour
