Job Title: Senior Advisor, Corporate Partnerships at National Bank

A Senior Advisor role in the Partnerships and Sponsorships team at National Bank entails aiding leaders in partnerships and sponsorships to accomplish their strategic goals and execute end-to-end marketing projects.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Assuming a leadership role and serving as a point of reference for various stakeholders in the Corporate sector by providing expertise in partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Making recommendations for the selection of organizations to sponsor based on the Corporate sector's strategic plan.
  • Negotiating partnership rights, benefits, and agreements with external partners.
  • Establishing performance indicators by business sector to support business objectives.
  • Evaluating the results and benefits of sponsorships in your sectors.
  • Managing budgets efficiently.
  • Attending events to maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicating initiatives both internally and externally in collaboration with stakeholders.

As part of the Communications, Brand, and Public Affairs sector, you work within a team of 90 colleagues reporting to the Director, Partnerships and Sponsorships, Brand Activation. The team's diversity of expertise, mandates, and collaborative atmosphere sets us apart.

Requirements:

  • 7 to 10 years of relevant experience
  • Interest in the sponsorship and events community
  • Strong relationship building skills
