We are looking for a Pharmacist to join our dynamic specialized pharmacy in Oakville, ON. In this role, you will assist in overseeing all dispensing activities related to our specialty products. This is a full-time, temporary (18-month) position with a schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

Impactful Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing dispensing activities of the specialty pharmacy;
• Communicate clearly with patients, healthcare providers, and payers;
• Provide exemplary patient-centered care to internal and external stakeholders;
• Manage patient cases through various channels;
• Develop a deep understanding of specialty products.

Qualifications:

• Licensed pharmacist in Ontario;
• 1+ years' experience practicing as a pharmacist in Canada;
• Preference for candidates with Kroll experience;
• Strong communication and relationship building skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel;
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities;
• Time management and organizational skills;
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment;
• Motivated by continuous learning;
• Team player attitude.
