(Group2) is a firm focused on using collaborative techniques to deliver value to clients in the recreational, educational, commercial and health care sectors.

Group2 was established in Red Deer in 1985 and has studios in Red Deer, Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon and Ottawa.

Group2 is looking for an experienced professional who will lead proposal pursuits and marketing efforts.

As a member of the corporate marketing team, you will manage proposal production within your studio and provide support as needed to all corporate marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the proposal process and own the final deliverable.
  • Coordinate efforts with key staff to obtain compelling proposal content. Utilize brand standards to ensure professional proposal graphics.
  • Ensure all proposal requirements are met, brand alignment and quality control on all outgoing marketing material.
  • Contribute to firmwide marketing initiatives.
  • Support other marketing team members in pursuits.
  • Provide competitive and clientspecific presentation and marketing materials. Manage project and client data in firmwide databases.
  • Develop promotional material as required that communicates Group2's brand.
  • Track industry events and coordinate firm representation.
  • Conduct research to understand needs of clients, market trends and relevant background information. Evaluate website analytics including Group2 social media channels.
  • Other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Visual Communication Design or equivalent.
  • Experience working with marketing, graphic design and communications teams.
  • Exposure to proposal or grant processes an asset.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Knowledge of best communications and marketing practices in a corporate context.
  • Genuine interest in the AEC Industry
  • Ability to engage a broad range of stakeholders and external resources as required.
  • Effective project management skills with the ability to identify opportunities, prioritize action items, and take initiative to address complex challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the aptitude to produce high
- quality work with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Fluency in English as well as French, written and verbal is an asset.
