  • Manage and expand Aon's Contract Surety portfolio
  • Develop innovative solutions tailored to client needs
  • Nurture client relationships to solidify Aon's position as a top risk management advisor
  • Collaborate with underwriters and deliver industry presentations
  • Create national business strategies for revenue growth
  • Advocate for solutions and manage claims effectively
  • Participate in cross-selling and expanding insurance programs
  • Contribute to other relevant duties as needed

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital literacy
