Responsibilities:
- Assess product inventories and plan for restocking needs.
- Compile and record sales, credit purchases, and other financial transactions.
- Manage all employees under s/her supervision.
- Direct the hiring process for new employees.
- Analyze the success of store merchandise and marketing strategies.
- Plan new store openings, renovate existing facilities, or close facilities.
- Participate in community leadership, such as serving on a local Chamber of Commerce committee.
Salary:
$28.00-$35.00 per hour
