Our portfolio includes multiple high-rise and low-rise apartments and townhouse complexes throughout the Region.
Seeking a building
Superintendent for 1 apartment building in Whitby, part of Block 2:
- Wood Farm Manor, 1525 Nichol Avenue, Whitby
- 70 units
- Some coverage at other DRNPHC sites will be required
Unionized position - CUPE , Block 2, reports to the Property Manager
Home Location:
A 3-bedroom apartment is provided at Wood Farm Manor, 1525 Nichol Avenue Whitby.
Includes vacation, benefits, pension
JOB PROFILE:
The Building Superintendent should possess the knowledge and ability to perform janitorial and building maintenance, support tenants, and do repairs based on experience in various building trades such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, painting and/or carpentry.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:

$48,537.00 per year
