RECE preferred. Current CPR and First Aid required. Current criminal reference check required.

Job description

  • Plan, implement, and assess developmentally appropriate activities and experiences based on observations of the children's interests
  • Ensure positive interactions and behaviour guidance for children that encourages selfregulation and healthy selfesteem
  • Ensure the safety of the children and their environment
  • To work and speak effectively and professionally with parents, families, outside agencies, and other team members
  • Effective interpersonal skills under all types of conditions, exhibiting a supportive and positive approach
  • Contribute to the ongoing operations of the centre ensuring centre policies and Ministry standards are followed and maintained
  • Promote the centre within the community
*$2 per hour is provided through a Government Wage Enhancement Grant*
Job Type: 1 Full-time, 2 Part -time and/or casual

Salary:
$ $19.15 per hour

Schedule:

  • Rotating shift within 6:30am 5:30 pm
  • Monday to Friday
