Job ResponsibilitiesGeneral Profile
  • Provide quality oversight and support for accounts as assigned.
  • Support internal teams on quality delivery and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Offer quality consultancy for project/program/account-level quality issues, audits, and inspections.
  • Collaborate with account management and customer Quality representatives to develop and execute Quality Management Plans.
  • Conduct analyses to assess project quality using key metrics and indicators.
  • Identify quality trends, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Present findings to stakeholders and team members.
  • Manage and mentor CQR Professionals, ensuring performance and compliance.
Functional and Technical Expertise
  • Demonstrate expertise within discipline and region, acting as a resource for others.
  • Provide guidance and coaching, especially on complex issues.
  • Utilize supervisory skills and knowledge to support direct reports.
Complexity
  • Solve complex problems and translate concepts into practice.
  • Address departmental issues and decision-making that impact the function and team.
  • Influence and drive solutions for regulatory and technical challenges.
  • Manage quality-focused projects and initiatives.
  • Be accountable for performance and resource management.
QualificationsWhat we're seeking:
  • University degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in clinical research, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of drug development and regulatory guidelines.
  • Proficiency in quality management and process improvement.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in a matrix team environment is a plus.
