PositionOverview The Senior Project Manager, Operations will oversee a portfolioof complex, cross-functional projects, and programs within operations toensure business objectives are met and are accomplished on time, withinbudget, and meet quality standards.

This role will maintain project andprogram schedules, facilitate meetings and working sessions, resourceplanning, status reporting, conduct risk analyses, and developmitigation strategies.

This role will provide leadership in bestpractices for project management and work closely with other functionalproject management organizations such as research and development (R&D)to develop integrated plans for pipeline and new product introductionwith a focus on supporting operations, such as manufacturing, supplychain, design transfer, distribution, etc.

In addition, this role willwork with operations leadership and provide broader operations supportacross business units as needed.

Essential Duties Include, but are notlimited to, the following:
Lead people through workstreams and projectteams.

Partner and collaborate with operations stakeholders andcross-functional teams across business units to facilitate theprogression of project initiatives by identifying tasks, dependencies,risks, and opportunities associated with meeting the company\'s overallpriorities.

Collaborate with R&D program management to develop plans andmanage workstreams associated with operations within pipeline and newproduct introduction initiatives.

Identify and involve key stakeholdersfrom within the operations organization and other functional departmentsat the right time and provide level of detail to drive successfulexecution.

Coach and mentor team leaders in project managementprocesses, tools, and techniques. Consult with project sponsors andreview project proposals to determine goals, time frame,funding/budgets, allotment of resources, and procedures foraccomplishing projects. Create framework for up-to-date and effectivecommunication of project status for the intended audience, as needed.
