Job Summary

What is the Opportunity?
We are looking for an experienced SRE lead, to manage our DevOps and ETSS production services and lead efficiency, reliability and automation initiatives

As a Senior Lead, you will participate in transforming DevOps for Capital Markets.

What will you do?

  • Manage the Production DevOps services
  • Manage Compute (Kubernetes), Elastic and other emerging technology production services
  • Drive alignment with, and improvement of, broader Enterprise services
  • Manage a team of ~8 SRE
  • Demonstrate SRE as a concept for broader Capital Markets
  • Lead handson automation and elimination of manual toil
  • Track Production and SRE KPIs
  • Be a senior stakeholder in Capital Markets DevOps and Compute roadmap development
  • Champion developerexperience and development best practice
  • Partner on or lead new tool adoption. Recommend improvements to process
  • Become part of the DevOps management team

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • An engineer mindset and experience with production class delivery
  • Strong analytical mindset and good communication skills
  • Strong sense of ownership/drive
  • Expert in SRE approach
  • Handson experience with DevOps CICD tools e.g. GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible, Urban Code Deploy
  • Handson Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes
  • Handson Experience with Agile methodologies, e.g. Scrum, Kanban

Nice to have

  • Experience with Elastic Search and Kibana
  • Experience with a public cloud technology, i.e. Azure, AWS
