Associate Sales Representative

Ideal location is Moncton or New Brunswick

Working closely with the outside sales team you will beresponsible for the setup, delivery and pick up of sales products tolong term care homes, seating clinics, and individual residences

Initiate contact with assigned customers to encourage better working relationships and positively influence sales.
Work collaboratively with Territory Sales Manager and Clinical/Technical Education Managers to promote, educate about and provide resources related to all Permobil core products and distributed products.
Must process a valid driver license as you will be required to deliver and pickup equipment
Physically capable of moving equipment within defined territory
Serve as liaison between Territory Sales Managers and Customer Support; assist in resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by seeking to improve product offerings of Permobil and its subsidiaries.
May be assigned cross-functional tasks in order to broaden business acumen knowledge.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED; college level education completion preferred.
Strong understanding of Permobil systems, quote/order/shipping processes and product order forms.
Possess general knowledge of the Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) industry, our dealers, clinicians and end-users.
Must demonstrate the ability to speak in front of groups using effective communication and presentation skills; possess excellent written skills.
Considered to be a contributing team member demonstrating excellent interpersonal abilities.
Ability to independently organize, coordinate, and complete projects.
Demonstrated analytical and technical skills preferred; ability to troubleshoot complicated electrical, hardware and software issues.
Proficient computer skills (MS business applications, iPhone, iPad, etc.)
Receptive to personal development; eager to learn.
