Detailed Overview

Supporting Vision and Values: - Lead development of strategic vision and plans for Provider Experience services - Provide leadership in incorporating informatics advances into medical practice - Oversee the development and implementation of Meditech Expanse - Advise on strategic objectives and project implementation - Develop strategic clinical informatics initiatives for improved patient and provider experience - Manage staff, training, and development - Evaluate risks, resolve issues, and ensure legal standards are met - Prepare and monitor budgets - Represent Fraser Health in various committees and activities Qualifications Master's Degree in Health or business administration, health information management or related field. Seven to ten years of leadership experience in the healthcare sector with electronic clinical systems knowledge or equivalent. COMPETENCIES: Professional/Technical Capabilities: - Knowledge of multidisciplinary healthcare practices - Experience in improving clinical processes and patient care - Familiarity with clinical information systems - Project management skills - Facilitation experience - Strong communication and documentation skills - Workforce management and change management abilities - Advanced software skills - Strong leadership and critical thinking skills - Physical capability to perform job duties
