  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
  • Maintain inventory and record of food, supplies and equipment
  • Handle cash and debit transactions
  • Advise appropriate person regarding stock outs/shortages
  • Ensure all receipts and accounting needs are organized for analysis
  • Must have experience working as a cook
  • Must possess valid Food Handler's Certificate
  • Must be capable of speaking, reading, and writing English at a Level 3 requirement
  • You are able to work in hot, cold, and damp conditions
  • You are able to work a flexible schedule throughout the week
  • Proven ability to work effectively as a team
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must have good customer service skills
