Position: Community Use of Schools Outreach Assistant


About the Company: The Company is currently seeking a proactive individual to join their team as a Community Use of Schools Outreach Assistant.


Basic Qualifications:


  • University/College Degree/Diploma in Business
  • Two (2) years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in using Board-provided computer-based technologies for creating, manipulating, storing, and retrieving information, as well as communicating with others
  • Experience collaborating with Municipalities & Community agencies regarding permits
  • Familiarity with the Occupational Health & Safety Act
  • Understanding of the Board's Community Use of Schools Policies
  • Demonstrated track record of reliable attendance and punctuality
