Responsibilities:

  • Perform a range of landscaping duties, including planting, pruning, mulching, sodding, and watering.
  • Operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools.
  • Install and maintain irrigation systems, including sprinklers, drip lines, and timers.
  • Assist with the construction of hardscape features, such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor structures.
  • Conduct site assessments and develop landscaping plans in collaboration with clients and project managers.
  • Ensure that all landscaping work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors to coordinate work activities and address any concerns or questions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper disposal of waste and debris.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries on job sites.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working as a landscaper or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, plants, and materials.
  • Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment and tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret landscaping plans and blueprints.
  • Excellent physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor in outdoor environments.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on quality and craftsmanship.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Certification in landscaping or related field is a plus.
