Overview:

As the Social Media Account Manager, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning and proactively managing clients' social networks.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Account & Content Management

  • Maintain and build client relationships by identifying growth opportunities.
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and formulate ideas, plan, strategize and create content.
  • Be the main point of contact for day to day operations with clients and communicate with them regularly to provide updates.
  • Conduct Community engagement for clients, help them to grow followers.

Campaign Strategy

  • Manage clients objectives for content, themes and ads.
  • Provide ongoing support and solutions on Social Media
  • Assist clients on the development and execution of social media strategies.

Responsive Reporting

  • Research competitors and trends.
  • Analyze and report on KPI's.
  • Deliver reporting & analytics to clients & team.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in social media marketing
  • Knowledge of the inner workings of the majority of these social media networks including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok Twitter, etc.
  • Experience creating and executing Paid Facebook/Instagram advertising campaigns
  • Experience working with social media management tools such as Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Insights, Sprout, etc.
  • Demonstrates an ability to understand social media metrics and reporting skills
  • Communication skills; both written and spoken;
  • Copywriting experience is considered an asset but not required.
  • Knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a positive and upbeat attitude.
  • Valid Ontario drivers license and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to work in office Monday
  • Friday (Remote work is not possible for this position)
