**POSITIONNEMENT DU POSTE ET OBJECTIFS**

Ce rôle de **conseiller(ère) juridique marketing** sera chargé de fournir un soutien juridique continu à la fonction marketing, sur le développement et l'exécution d'initiatives commerciales pour assurer la conformité continue avec les exigences légales, les directives établies et les positions de l'entreprise. Le poste exige un niveau élevé d'interaction avec toutes les autres fonctions de l'entreprise dans l'évaluation et/ou l'exécution d'un large éventail d'objectifs et de stratégies d'affaires. Le rôle nécessite une interaction quotidienne avec la fonction marketing qui demande des conseils juridiques rapides, judicieux et axés sur les affaires.

**VOS RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Fournir quotidiennement des conseils juridiques généraux à toutes les fonctions de la Société, en ce qui concerne les questions commerciales générales, le droit de la publicité et du marketing et la conformité aux régimes réglementaires. Fournir des conseils juridiques opportuns et pertinents sur lesquels s'appuyer la fonction marketing pour élaborer et exécuter des stratégies.
- Examiner diverses initiatives et supports de marketing, tels que le matériel d'emballage, la communication de marque pour les clients commerciaux, les consommateurs et les employés internes.
- Soutenir d'autres fonctions d'affaires sur une base ad hoc vers le développement de procédures internes juridiquement solides, de positions corporatives ou autres.
- Rédiger des documents juridiques à l'appui des activités commerciales de la Société, tels que des contrats, des règlements de concours, des termes et conditions, etc. Maintenir une compréhension approfondie des lois applicables à l'entreprise.
- Coordonner la charge de travail et les priorités de manière professionnelle et efficace pour s'assurer que les besoins opérationnels sont satisfaits en temps opportun.
- Gestion responsable des mandats d'avocats externes conformément aux directives de l'entreprise en matière d'avocats externes. Établir une relation de travail solide et constructive avec le personnel de soutien.
- Créer de manière proactive des outils utiles pour les fonctions commerciales, tels que des lignes directrices, des listes de contrôle et des présentations, pour éduquer les autres sur les restrictions et les exigences légales.
- Diriger l'élaboration d'ateliers éducatifs et des séances de formations pour les employés et les tiers fournisseurs de services sur les particularités de l'industrie du tabac et son environnement réglementaire. Établir de solides relations professionnelles avec les clients internes et avec les collègues de travail pour faciliter une communication efficace.
- Favoriser un environnement de travail qui favorise l'implication de la fonction juridique dans le développement d'initiatives d'affaires. Développer et maintenir des relations d'affaires saines avec des homologues juridiques dans d'autres marchés finaux et bureaux régionaux/centraux.
- Explorer les opportunités pour maximiser/exploiter les avantages concurrentiels, dans la mesure du possible, tout en limitant les risques/expositions juridiques pour la Société. S'efforcer d'identifier des solutions commerciales créatives pertinentes et juridiquement solides lors de l'examen des propositions commerciales.

**EXPÉRIENCE, APTITUDES, ET COMPÉTENCES ESSENTIELLES**
- Minimum 3-5 ans d'expérience en tant qu'avocat. Une expérience de travail en interne dans un environnement / industrie hautement réglementé ou pour une autre société "FMCG" serait un atout.
- Connaissances et expérience dans le domaine des produits de santé naturels seraient un atout. Connaissances et expérience dans le domaine de la protection des renseignements personnels (fédéral et provincial) seraient un atout.
- Posséder un sens aigu des affaires, un bon jugement et une forte capacité à comprendre rapidement des situations commerciales complexes et à analyser leurs implications. Connaissances solides en processus législatifs et réglementaires.
- Autonome et démontrer la capacité d'agir de sa propre initiative et de faire preuve de bon jugement. Très organisé, rationnel, méticuleux et rigoureux dans l'exécution du travail.
