Armstrong is continuously growing, and we are looking for an Assembler who will be responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily operations as part of our product manufacturing.

As an assembler, you will be responsible for putting together multiple parts of our products, ensuring quality, reporting defects, and following all health and safety regulations.


The key accountabilities of this position are:

  • Bench assembly building pumps.
  • Operation of production equipment Drill press, hand grinders, power tools etc.
  • Bolt, screw, clip or otherwise fasten parts and components together using hand and power tools and equipment.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment.
  • Mark, record and report defects.
  • Operates compressors, and other small power equipment such as drills and band saws.
  • Use overhead and jib cranes as well as typical material handling equipment (e.g., pallet trucks).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Role requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in Manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge and skill in reading specific work instructions for made to order product.
  • The ability to physically stand, bend, squat and lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Knowledge of typical measuring equipment (tape measures etc.)
