Project Managers anywhere in US, Canada

  • Strong Project Management Skills and would be able to host regular team meetings with IT leadership
  • Excellent communicator
  • Create Azure DevOps (ADO) items in Kanban board and manage those ADO Kanban board
  • Schedule business prioritization meetings and maintain priority spreadsheets in Smartsheet
  • Create weekly status reports
  • Coordinate UAT dates and schedule bi-weekly releases with development and business teams
  • Coordinate activities with other development teams as needed (i.e. Salesforce Core, CPQ, DataMart, Middleware)
  • Manage out of office visibility and provide reminders for team members.
  • Coordinate sandbox post-refresh steps with Salesforce Core, CPQ & MuleSoft resources
  • Post Chatter notifications about releases and other user-impacting activities to Release Notes Group
  • Monitor service levels of reported defects to ensure we meet expected response and resolution times.
  • Produce a monthly service level report on the number of items opened and delivered, by priority, and business function, etc.
  • Monitor quality within the team and drive process improvement efforts.
  • Follow up with the team members to update hours

Locations:

All US and Canada, however, needs to be available during UK (BT) and Pacific Time (PT) and working remotely.
