KDH is seeking Physiotherapy Assistants to join our team on a temporary part-time and casual basis.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Physiotherapy and/or Occupational Therapy Assistant diploma program or equivalent health care diploma;
  • Must have a current CPR Certificate;
  • Total Joint Replacement experience essential;
  • Previous experience in a Physiotherapy Department / Hospital setting required.
  • Computer skills required;
  • Well developed interpersonal skills and time management skills.

Starting Wage:

$29.78 per hour

Please note:

In order to work in a healthcare facility, the Public Hospitals Act 1990, Regulation 965 requires all employees to provide proof of up-to-date immunization/vaccines for the following diseases: Tuberculin Skin Testing (TB), Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox), Hepatitis B, Tetanus/Diphtheria (DTap), Influenza (during flu season) and three COVID shots.

This proof must be provided to our Occupational Health Office in order to be cleared to work.
