Inside Sales Representative

Bio-Rad est à la recherche d'un représentant commercial interne afin de générer des revenus à travers un appui concernant la gamme complète des produits LSG et en soutenant les efforts de l'équipe des représentants commerciaux sur le terrain. Ce poste permettra de générer des revenus provenant d'autres réseaux de vente. De plus, il interagira directement avec les clients afin de leur fournir des informations sur les produits, les prix et les connaissances techniques liés aux produits, de les éduquer et de leur communiquer la valeur ajoutée des produits Bio-Rad. Les autres responsabilités comprennent la recherche de bonnes pistes de vente, la création de soumissions et la recherche d'informations sur les produits.
**Comment vous aurez un impact**:
- Atteint les objectifs de vente mensuels, trimestriels et annuels.
- Identifie de nouvelles occasions commerciales, crée des relations avec les clients grâce à diverses tactiques telles que les appels à froid, les salons professionnels et les réseaux de médias sociaux.
- Utilise et assure la maintenance du système CRM (Salesforce) de l'entreprise conformément aux lignes directrices.
- Assiste à des formations pour accroître sa connaissance des produits et améliorer ses compétences.
- Fournis un soutien administratif et commercial aux représentants commerciaux sur le terrain, notamment en ce qui concerne les devis, la préparation des soumissions, le soutien technique et la recherche d'informations sur les produits.
**Ce que vous apportez**:
- Diplôme baccalauréat ès sciences de la vie ou dans un domaine connexe avec 3 ans d'expérience pertinente en laboratoire.
- Volonté de fournir un service client de haut niveau.
- Capacité à travailler sur plusieurs projets dans des délais serrés afin d'obtenir des résultats.
- Expérience dans la vente de produits techniques ou ambition d'entamer une carrière dans la vente.
- Excellentes compétences en matière d'organisation et de communication.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement avec divers professionnels dans un environnement d'équipe, en anglais et en français.

Bio-Rad is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to generate revenue by supporting the complete line of LSG products and support the efforts of the Field Sales Team. This role will direct revenue to alternate sales channels. In addition, this position will direct interaction with customers providing them product information, pricing and technical product knowledge and educating and communicating the value added by the Bio-Rad Products. Additional responsibilities include, qualifying leads, quoting, and researching product information.
