Position Overview
We are seeking a Host to join our team in providing exceptional food and beverage service to our guests.

As a Host, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency.


Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing excellent customer service to our restaurant guests, staff, and culinary team.
  • Greeting and seating guests in their assigned stations, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
  • Possessing a comprehensive knowledge of our food and beverage offerings.
  • Ensuring that your station is set up correctly at the beginning of your shift, and broken down correctly at the end of your shift.
  • Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization at your station and throughout the establishment.

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanour with a willingness to help.
  • Excellent guest service skills are required.
  • Proficiency in English is a must, and knowledge of a second language is a plus.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is necessary, including weekends, mornings, and evenings.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods is required.
  • Ability to move quickly around the hotel to assist guests and work with other departments promptly.
