ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is an locally owned Canadian restoration company that provides residential and commercial services.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Assisting in home and business emergencies and help construct foundation repairs from damages such as fire, water, sewer backups, crawlspace repair, sump pumps, mold, asbestos.

ABOUT THE POSITION

In this position you will be responsible for the following...

  • Using water pump, clean carpets
  • Safely operate various electrical hand tools, including pressure washers
  • Perform activities including light repairs, demolition and general cleaning as needed
  • Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines, with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Ensure attention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding other people's property and information

THE REQUIREMENTS

In this position you must be able to:

  • Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, bend, and lift up to 5-50lbs
  • Must be comfortable climbing up stairs to be able to get access to each unit
  • Mobility to move around in tight crawl spaces
  • Able to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Collect trash, debris, and other waste to keep the site clean and safe
  • Assist with drywall tear outs
  • Assisting with installation process
  • Proactively communicate job site conditions and concerns that may, or are affecting completion of job to the appropriate person
  • Participates in and demonstrates an understanding of safety principles and practices
  • Follows all safety policies and procedures to support a safe working environment, including safe operation of machines and equipment

COMPENSATION

  • $18+4%
