Although Elysian attracts patients that require complex care, panels of dedicated patient are small (less than 400 patients). And because our focus is on prediction, prevention and early detection, the result is a balanced and focused practice.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed, and in good standing, with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta/British Columbia as well as current Canadian Medical Protection Association, or equivalent, coverage.
  • Canadian College of Family Physicians (CCFP) designation.
  • A passion for prevention, primary care, chronic disease management and teambased care.
  • Comprehensive family practice background.
  • Fluent in English
