Duties and Responsibilities of the Customer Support Specialist:
We produce custom portable backdrops for events and exhibitions. Your role will be to support current and future customers with orders.

Expect to:

  • Support customers in the purchase of their new display
  • Help address any customer service issues such as lost packages, missed deadlines, etc.
  • Work with clients across multiple industries such as entertainment, medical, finance, tech, etc
  • Follow up regularly to ensure customer needs are met
  • Help to maintain client deadlines
  • Coordinate with colleagues in job management, artwork submission, and product delivery deadlines
  • Follow through with customers to ensure they stay informed each step of the claims resolution process

Experience and Requirements of the Customer Support Specialist:

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Well versed in product sales support or customer service, with at least one year of relevant experience
  • Excited to communicate and collaborate with many different clients on a daily basis
  • Positive, upbeat, "cando" attitude with a penchant for problemsolving and helping others
  • A team player, but works well without being micromanaged or given close daily instruction
  • Detail oriented, fast learner, and technologically inclined
  • Thrives in a fastpaced environment
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
