The faculty of Social Work is currently seeking a Graduate Student Research Assistant to assist with knowledge mobilization activities based on the findings of a qualitative study of addiction counselors, or outreach workers in Saskatchewan. The main tasks include:
  • assisting with final report writing
  • assisting with developing, planning, and delivering tailored Knowledge Translation activities (e.g. plain language summary of findings; creating audiovisual material based on the project findings)
Position Requirements Position Requirements:
  • A graduate student with a knowledge of treatment issues related to addictions and counseling
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Attention to detail, ability to work independently
  • Strong computer skills (All Microsoft Office Programs, Adobe Acrobat, CANVA , or other tools)
  • Experience with using qualitative data software NVivo
