Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. As Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various facilities. This is an important role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both staff and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent quality
  • Use hand tools and power tools as necessary for cleaning tasks
  • Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when required
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department
  • Provide excellent customer service to staff and visitors Experience:
  • Previous experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning is preferred
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients
  • Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools for cleaning purposes
  • Ability to manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
  • Customer service skills to address any concerns or requests from staff or visitors
  • Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required
  • Knowledge of custodial procedures and best practices for maintaining cleanliness
