Job requirements:

Must Have:

- A valid first aid and CPR certificate.

- A valid Ontario security license and a minimum of one year of relevant experience in a residential setting.

- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

- Knowledgeable in the PSISA, Trespass to Property Act, indictable offences, and other local security legislation.

- Background knowledge in the Use of Force continuum.

- Flexibility to scheduling.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience as a security guard or related field is preferred. Security License is required, as well as First Aid/CPR

- Strong observation skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations

- Basic computer skills for operating CCTV systems and Microsoft functions
